2008 Full Service Arrive & Drive Costs

All costs include:
Storage, pre event prep, transportation,
trackside support, crew hotel & non exclusive coaching/data analysis
Costs exclude:
Parts, race fuel, entry fee & tires
Cost
for event per car in the state of Florida:
1 day $1,500
2 day $2,500
3 day $3,500
Cost for event per car out of the state of Florida:
1
day $1,800
2 day $2,800
3 day $3,800
Plus 75 cents per mile charged from Florida State line to venue & return.
Events that
require in excess of 2 days travel charged at an additional $150 per day per crew member.
Exclusive one on one coaching available at
an additional cost of $750 per day.
Please note:
If you commit to or attend less than 6 two day events for the year there
will be an additional charge of $150 per month for storage.
Accident repairs, engine changes etc. which are above & beyond
normal race prep will be charged at $75 per hour.
A 10% mark up will be charged on parts/items that are purchased by us on your behalf
excluding oil, filter & fluids.
A 5% commision will be charged on cars sold by us on your behalf.
Staffing levels of crew
will be as such:
1 car Chris Hall
2 car's Chris Hall plus 1
3 car's Chris Hall plus 2
4 car's Chris Hall
plus 3
A cancellation fee will be levied at the following rate:
4 weeks or less prior to an event 25%
2 weeks or less prior to
an event 50%
1 week or less prior to an event 75%
